Hyper Pro Training is a martial arts curriculum with weekly classes, cool contests, challenges and special
events. The curriculum helps create martial arts athletes with modern drills, kicks, acrobatics, extreme forms
and Pro Athlete Mindset.
Basically it is an incredible program that creates the best martial arts athletes in the world.
How this program is presented?
3 MONTH/12 WEEK HYPER PRO TRAINING MODULES
Every week attend a fun, challenging and different Hyper Training Session. At the end of the 12 weeks (3 months) you graduate and start a new Hyper Pro Training Module.
12 WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS
Here is the basic guide:
1 Minute: Team Huddle
5 Minute: Plyometric Warm Up
3 Minute: Power Stretch
10 Minute: Kick Sessions
10 Minute: Acrobatic/Trick Session
15 Minutes: Forms or Weapon Forms (Hyper Pros) or Kick Sessions
